Biography


More than 30 years of international experience in investment banking, as manager in SWISS BANK CORPORATION, with focus on investment banking in the area of Latin America and non developed countries’ public debt refinancing and secondary trading. After that, he returned to Croatia and is involved in the business advisory through own consultancy company. He was advisor in Validus on foreign investors and clients of FIMA. Among project financing, we stress out motorway project in Mexico and Croatia (BINA Istra, Zagreb-Macelj) – negotiations and financial advisory on financing and refinancing of abovementioned projects.

Biography

He was born on May 5, 1974 in Split. He attended Faculty of Organization and information in Varaždin, and some English lessons.


Business experience:

Domagoj has 12 years of experience in securities’ analysis, consulting and special projects in Croatia, BiH, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. We highlight: feasibility study for investment banking project relating to pension transformation in Croatia (second and third pillar); preparation of documents for authorization of mandatory pension investment fund management company and mandatory pension fund; preparation of documents for privatization investment fund’s transformation to closed-end investment fund; feasibility studies for real estate fund; and foundation of regional financial group, with focus on setting up bank in Federation BiH and Kosovo. He also participated in interpretation of due diligence and valuations of many financial institutions in the region (BiH, Macedonia, Kosovo), as well as business group in Croatia and its subsidiaries, with ownership restructuring. His experience also includes operational analysis, company profile preparation and valuation of some hotels and industry companies in Croatia, together with preparing a few larger companies’ prospectus for stock exchange listing.
